Potato Anna - Julia Child's recipe














My love for Potatoes and browsing on "Mastering the Art of French Cooking by Julia Child" got me excited about Potato Anna. They were amazing!

How much butter did you use for this A?

alottttt of clarified butter. One of the last steps was to take out the excess butter which was still in the container after the cooking/baking was done!!
